This can happen to a building when the renovators gut the interior to add more floors, while leaving the original facade intact.

Katrina, I don't particular appreciate Robert's penchant for describing anyone whose approach to politics doesn't agree with his as a traitor (to the Jewish and/or American people[s], depending), but my usual approach is to ignore his political posts and read his other ones.
